Дорогие друзья в каратэ,
IKU предлагает новый путь в каратэ с целью примирения всех участников,при этом может принять только одну федерацию или ассоциацию от страны. У нас сейчас более 30 стран.
Цели и Задачи: IKU - организация с аполитичным, некоммерческим, действительно демократическим подходом к работе с национальными федерациями, основанными на следующих истинах: обучение, уважение и большая дружба. Своими делами мы продемонстрируем, что это возможно, строя новое направление для каратэ!
Критерии членства: Любые некоммерческие и аполитичные Национальные федерации Каратэ или ассоциации/группы могут быть членами IKU. Однако они должны иметь правовой статус, демократическую структуру и выполнять цели и задачи IKU. Чтобы быть признанной Официальным участником, национальная федерация должна быть Мультистилевой (быть открытой для всех стилей).

Я напоминаю Вам что:
° 28 - 31 мая, в Сантарене (Португалия), будет проходить 1-й Чемпионат Европы среди взрослых и ветеранов и Европейские Игры для Детей и Кадетов;
° 12 - 14 июня, в Триесте (Италия)состоится 1-й Чемпионат Мира по контактному Каратэ;
° 5 - 8 ноября, в Мариборе (Словения), будет проходить 2-й Чемпионат Мира среди Кадетов и Юниоров и Всемирные Игры среди детей.

To all National Karate Federations or Associations/Groups in the World
Become a member of I.K.U.
Dear Friends in Karate,
IKU offers a new way for karate with a desire to bring together all members and it will accept only one federation or association per country. We have now more than 30 countries.
Aims and Objectives: The IKU is an organization with non-political, non-profit, truly democratic and transparent to the service of the national federations members and especially based on true values: education, respect and great friendship. We will demonstrate with our deeds that this is possible, by building a new direction for karate !
Membership criteria: Any non-profit and non-political National Karate federations or associations/groups may be members of the IKU. However, they must have legal status, a democratic structure and comply with the aims and objectives of the IKU. In order to be recognized as an Official Member a national federation must be Multistyle (be open to all styles), unless the country is small in size and population or its history in karate has developed only one style.

I remind you that:
