С марта прошлого года изменился порядок регистрации участников официальных турниров Всемирной федерации. Президент Эспинос дает разъяснения, что сейчас регистрация стала прозрачной и все видят участников.Но,несмотря на то, что регистрацию могут проводить клубы,Национальные федерации могут контролировать этот процесс. TO ALL WKF NF'S, WKF – EC AND COMMISSIONS DIRECTORS
We have the pleasure to update you with some developments in the management of the Premier League and World Cup events, intended to have the highest transparency in the registration process as well as to allow the National Federations to have full information of the said process.
The online registration of athletes will be openly disclosed for everyone from the beginning, allowing consultation of the competitors registered in real time. Any comment regarding the online registration should be addressed as soon as possible to Sportdata and to the WKF in order to allow us to take it in consideration without altering the smooth running of the process. One week before the start of the event the online registration will close. Any comments will then have to be notified to Sportdata and to the WKF latest four days before the first day of competition.
For example, for cases where an athlete has been registered through a club other than from his country of citizenship, and the NF does not agree on it, the request of the NF will automatically assign this athlete to the NF of citizenship, and the system will keep the information on the case for further registrations.

Dear President,
Following to our communication in March last year, we would like to send you a reminder concerning the registration of athletes for the Premier League events.
As you are aware, the registration for these events can be done directly by the participants through the online registration system, without the need of specific involvement of their National Federation. However, if there is any discrepancy with the National Federation, it is the NF – all NFs can access on real time registrations for an event - should communicate to Sportdata and the WKF HQ straight away any incidence. This should be done latest four days before the first day of competition, this is 3 days after closure of registration, so that a smooth running of the registration process and the event itself can be ensured and the necessary steps can be taken.
